Enjoy a tasty experience based on surprising food and wine pairings to discover the wines of Alsace and their aromatic palette.
A way to learn about Alsace wines and to discuss with passion the work of an independent winegrower, every Friday from Ascension to mid-August.
You will be able to taste the food and wine pairings selected by the estate for the occasion and perhaps learn more about pairings and the mistakes to avoid. And all of this in a friendly atmosphere!

Le 29 mai, apéro gourmand ambulatoire dans les vignes. Le 12 et le 26 juin, menus végétariens; et enfin le 10 et le 17 juillet: thème surprise au domaine. Le 26 juin et le 10 juillet, l'animation musicale sera animée par le BrassiK Quintet, au son des cuivres.

Apéro gourmand itinérant : Venez découvrir nos vins à travers un circuit qui en retracera les différentes étapes : de la naissance du jus à la sortie du pressoir, en passant par l’élevage en fûts en cave, l’étiquetage et l’emballage et enfin, la conservation des bouteilles dans mon œnothèque personnelle.
