Enjoy a tasty experience based on surprising food and wine pairings to discover the wines of Alsace and their aromatic palette.
A way to learn about Alsace wines and to discuss with passion the work of an independent winegrower, every Friday from Ascension to mid-August.
You will be able to taste the food and wine pairings selected by the estate for the occasion and perhaps learn more about pairings and the mistakes to avoid. And all of this in a friendly atmosphere!

La saison des Apéros Gourmands se poursuit au domaine Spielmann. Le domaine propose des Apéros Gourmands tous les vendredis soir jusque fin octobre. Soirée conviviale autour de 5 accord mets/vins suivant un circuit qui retracera les différentes étapes de la vinification de la vigne à la cave.
