At the beginning of autumn, the harvest period offers the opportunity to taste new wine, the famous "Neier Siasser" in Alsatian dialect.  In a friendly atmosphere, you can taste the new wine accompanied by a delicious plate of local products: cold cuts, bread, nuts, grapes, cheese.
